Product Description: A wet impregnated nonwovenwipe containing a mixture of Alkyldimethyl Benzyl ammonium chloride and polymeric biguanidehydro-chloride.
Probe Wipes should be used to clean temperature probes in all areas of the store,particularly where the probe actually enters the food
- Remove a Probe Wipe from the dispenser pack
- Prior to testing temperature of cooked food wipe the probe and then discard the used Probe Wipe
- Once temperature has been checked remove a fresh Probe Wipe fromthe dispenser and wipe the probe again
- Repeat this procedure every time an item is tested
- When testing uncooked food i.e. upon delivery, periodically wipethe probe to prevent build up of bacteria
